Delivery Driver Jobs
Diebolt Brewing Company, located in metro Denver, is looking to add another team member to our crew.
We’re looking for a Delivery Driver, with a medium/long term goal of transitioning to a Full-Time role. Heading into our 11th year of operation, with lots of opportunities to expand our current customer base, we’re looking for someone to join our team ASAP.
Delivery Jobs Duties and Responsibilities

may include, but are not limited to:- Building upon existing retail relationships
- Account maintenance (invoicing, payment pickup, merchandising, etc.)
- Educate on and off-premise customers on Diebolt Brewing Company brand portfolio and company culture
- Manage beer freshness program for area on- and off-premise accounts
- Meet with sales team and leadership to contribute to sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Goal oriented, self-starter, well organized, detailed.
- Great people skills
- At least one-year sales/distribution experience within the beer industry preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, etc., lift 55 pounds and maneuver 165 pounds repeatedly to waist height. This is a physically demanding job.
- Flexible schedule, including possible work some evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of co-workers, customers, and industry peers.
Compensation:
- This is an hourly position, ranging from $19 – 21+/hr based on experience and performance.
- Take home beer and merchandise allowance.
Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, be able to lift/move kegs and cases of beer and have strong knowledge of the Denver metro craft beer customer base.
