We’ve rebranded our Kölsch 3 times since it’s inception (we won’t discuss the last 2 brand names here) and finally settled on something loosely in the same vein; enter LaBolt Gold. The recipe got a bit of a facelift too with the addition of Sterling hops, and just a hint of wheat. LaBolt is bright, crisp, and refreshing, with notes of cherry blossom, citrus, and hints of pear, while the finish is delicately dry with a medium malt backbone.
