The 9th installment of our single-hopped pilsner series takes us back to the hop growing region of Northern France. Named after the northwesterly wind that blows though France (no doubt ruffling a few carnival tail feathers along the way) Mistral has notes of spice, citrus, and grape that compliment the 100% French Pilsner malt.
