The 16th installment of our Single-Hopped Pilsner Series features Triskel, from the Alsace region of Northern France. Named after the Triskelion, a symbol of the Gauls (ancestors of the modern French) which contains triplicate patterns around a common center, this beer showcases the trifecta of Continental Pilsner malt, corn, and Triskel hops.
