This new seasonal is fire...well, fire-roasted. It's flavorful but not spicy. So, its fire in a literal and figurative sense. Either way, this beer is amazing.
We use wet hops from HighWire on the Western Slope, a variety of squash from our patio and from friends gardens, sage from our neighbor Mitch, and local Fire-Roasted Chile Peppers. This beer really is a cornucopia of flavors and a perfect embodiment of Fall.
