The Colorado Cache, Colorado Biere de Garde (4 pack)

 Four our 500th Batch we wanted to brew something very special, a French Biere de Garde with a local twist.  We sourced all of our ingredients from Colorado: Grain from Colorado Malting Company, Cascade hops from the Western Slope, and yeast from Inland Island.

The beer spent 14 weeks in stainless steel, was then lagered for 12 weeks, 6 of which were spent on honey-combed white oak.  Unfiltered, The Colorado Cache purs a beautiful clear orange with big notes of citrus, subtle vanillin, dried fruit, and a hint of pipe tobacco.
