And then it struck, like a Bolt of Inspiration…American IPA! None of this lager yeast, pilsner malt, dry, New Zealand, hipster stuff. We’re talking good ole fashioned Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe hops with American 2 Row Barley and a hint of crystal malt. It’s the third collaboration with our homies at FOTM and arguably our best. Pairs well with wings, good music, and friends.
